Notición bomba. Es tal y como lo leeis, Nemetschek planea comprar una participación mayoritaria en el accionariado de Graphisoft (los creadores de Archicad).
Aun es muy pronto para pensar que puede salir de esto, pero no deja de ser un bombazo importante (si bien no tanto para los que sabíamos que la situación de Graphisoft no era precisamente para tirar cohetes).
Nemetschek plans acquisition of majority stake in Graphisoft
Munich, December 21, 2006 – Nemetschek AG has reached an agreement with the shareholders of the Hungarian company Graphisoft SE, allowing Nemetschek to acquire a majority stake in Graphisoft (call option) on a acquisition price of 9 EUR per share. Nemetschek is aiming for a strategic financial interest in the Hungarian competitor Graphisoft, announced Gerhard Weiß, CEO of Nemetschek AG. Subject to a successfull completion of the customary due diligence review and the financing agreements, Nemetschek plans to exercise its call option for the majority stake in Graphisoft shortly.
